Letting
out your Property
In
addition to the Property Management Services, you can also choose to use our
Letting Services to maximize your property’s rental potential. If you choose
to rent out your property with us, ClickSpain will add your property to our
website and include it in all ClickSpain advertising both in
Spain
and the
UK
. You can choose whether you would like to rent out your property short or
long-term or a combination of both - we can help advice you on this with regards
to issues such as financial return, wear and tear on your property and
availability for your own use.
ClickSpain will
arrange all the cleaning and laundry between tenants (or mid-week on longer
lets); we will also be responsible for collecting all rental
payments and making prompt payments direct to you. We will always notify you of
any bookings taken so you can arrange your own personal usage accordingly –
obviously if you need particular periods kept free for yourselves we will only
book lettings around your dates.
