Management Fee

You can choose whether you would like to pay monthly or yearly. Our fees are:

· Yearly Fee: 450 Euros incl. IVA (Spanish VAT) - for apartments up to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

· Monthly Fee: 40 Euros incl. IVA - for a minimum of 3 months.

The Management fees for apartments with more than 2 bedrooms, villas & penthouses will depend on size of the property, please ask for a details.
